SCS - Stalingrad Pocket 2 - Setup

Not much to say except that I'm beginning with Scenario 4, a 4 turn learning scenario.  I'll use The Scrubs' set up just because I'm not sure what a good one would be.  I used his roughly, and had to make some guesses.
